The integrated approach, the structured policy influence methodology, and support to multi-stakeholder advocacy and institutional development are aspects of CoRe’s work that attract and motivate me. I’m keen to deepen our network of partnerships in Africa and beyond.

Antsa leads partnership outreach in Sub-Saharan Africa at CoRe, with a particular focus on francophone West Africa. Antsa has diverse project management experience working with a wide range of private sector sustainability ventures, governments, and multilateral investment agencies. His areas of expertise include organic agriculture, climate change adaptation and mitigation, renewable energies, and climate finance. Antsa has worked with private companies such as Nordex Group, Quaero Capital, and Energie Team; international organizations such as the African Development Bank, Asian Development Bank, the United Nations Development Programme, UN Environment, Global Environment Facility, the International Fund for Agricultural Development and the UN Food and Agricultural Organization; as well as numerous governments, including in Mali, Niger, Somalia & Sudan, Benin, Chad, and his native Madagascar. Antsa has a Master’s degree in International Development from the University of Birmingham and a Master’s degree in Environment from the Paris Institute of Technology. He is also an agricultural engineer and was a recipient of the prestigious Chevening Award from the UK government and an EU-funded fellowship for an MSc in Management Engineering at the Stellenbosch University, South Africa.
